Data we process

This site has no forms. Email is the only channel of contact, so we process only the data the user chooses to provide:

• Identification and contact data: name, company, position, email and telephone.
• Professional data and documentation submitted in connection with an enquiry or transaction.
• The content of the communication itself and its attachments.

Purposes and legal basis

To handle the enquiry, assess the viability of a possible transaction and, where appropriate, coordinate the verification and documentation process.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, performance of the professional relationship, legitimate interest in professional communication and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention

For the duration of the professional relationship and, thereafter, blocked for the limitation periods required by law.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed except where legally required. Within a specific transaction, and only where necessary, information may be shared with the parties involved, with associates of the international network and with the relevant legal firm, always under a confidentiality agreement. This may involve international transfers, carried out with the safeguards provided for by applicable law.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to legal@adrimaglobal.com with proof of identity. A complaint may also be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security and confidentiality

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. Documentation linked to transactions is handled under the confidentiality framework agreed between the parties.
